The neck warmer that arrived does not look like they one advertised! I have ordered in color black. On the picture you see black with grey spots, I got a pure black item. Also, it does NOT say 2.6 on the packaging, which was the main reason I ordered from this website. So practically, it is not 2.6 tog. If I knew this would arrive, I would have ordered somewhere else.
